🎁 Exclusive Perks & Add-Ons

  • 🏠 Choose a Home in Official Valoria Town Records!

    Players who sign up for even the one day session will become Citizens of Valoria and entered into the official town records. They will, if desired, be allowed to pick a very modest home on Stefan's map of Valoria. whether this be a typical small family hovel, a tiny apartment in a larger multi story building, a hut or tent in Orc Ville, a stone building in Dwarf Town or (in the case or halflings or gnomes) a burrowed out tunnel home in the side of the gilded hill, it will be marked as theirs alone (so long as the kings tax is paid!) Note: Players can of course, reside outside of Valoria, such as is the wont of Rangers, Elves of the Forest and Dwarves of the Mountains!

  • Props & Valorian Coins to use while at Dwarvenheim!

    Stefan loves props, and characters will be given actual Valorian coins to use during the games. They may find more coins during the adventure, or even gems, scrolls, daggers, and magic items! These will be physical things but must remain at DwarvenHeim until the next adventure should you choose to return for greater glory!

  • 🎲 Take Home a Special Memento!

    All groups receive a unique keepsakes to commemorate their journey. Groups will receive:

    1. A single exclusive Erinthor Mountain dice bag, hand made by the local "Refugee Artisan initiative." 
    2. A limited-edition Stefan designed fancy stone 3 dice set consisting of a TREASURE DIE, A CRITICAL HIT DIE, AND A CRITICAL MISS DIE.
    3. A signed Dwarvenaut DVD (1 copy)
    4. Every player's Mythras Character Sheet is theirs to keep of course and can be signed.
    5. A signed 8" x 10" Map of Valoria (with circled/indicated place of residence).

  • 📸 Capture the Memories!

    Photos are encouraged, and with consent, Stefan will post highlights of your session on social media to commemorate the adventure.

📜 Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)

1. Do we bring our own characters or use pre-made ones?

You can do either! Pre-generated characters will be available, or you can roll your own when you arrive.

2. Are costumes or props required?

Costumes aren’t required, but expect an immersive experience with props, music, and thematic elements that bring the world of Dwarvenheim to life.

3. What’s included in terms of meals and snacks?

Pizza or sandwiches will be provided for lunch, along with plenty of snacks to keep adventurers fueled.


Optional: Stefan may join the group for dinner after the session, but the cost of dinner is not included.

4. What happens if we have fewer than 6 players?

The minimum group size is 4 players. Even if fewer than 6 join, the work needed to create multiple mind blowing set ups is the same for us. For that reason the cost remains the same no matter how many players.

5. Can we request a specific type of adventure or theme?

Please allow your adventure/s to be curated by Stefan. A lot of careful thought has gone into the Adventures based on decades of play and input from players. Requests for specific types of adventures may be entertained at Stefan’s discretion: Simple requests such as: “we want a dungeon crawl” or “we like city adventures” or “wilderness please” are easy enough and not a problem. Note that the 3 day saga would cover ALL these environments spectacularly! 

However,  please understand that more specific requests may require Stefan to make over all his carefully planned scenarios. Many more days of prep may be required and an additional fee may also be required. But of course, anything is possible.

6. Are there options for one-on-one coaching or VIP perks?

Not at this time, but if there’s enough interest in the future, Stefan may consider adding VIP options.

7. Will there be surprise elements or guest players?

Who knows what plots and twists may happen during the games, or who may turn up during or after the games? Nothing has been planned at the moment but Stefan has many friends and lives a wild and unexpected life!

8. How far is Dwarvenheim from Seattle?

Dwarvenheim is located about 25–35 minutes from downtown Seattle, depending on traffic.

9. Where should I stay when visiting Dwarvenheim?

You can stay in Seattle or at a hotel closer to the airport, about 10 minutes from Dwarvenheim. We’ll provide a list of recommendations when you book!

💸 Payment & Booking Details

🛡️ 50% Deposit Required: Secure your spot with a 50% deposit upon booking. The remaining balance is due one week before your adventure begins.

🔁 Rebooking Policy:
If you need to reschedule with at least 2 weeks’ notice, a 10% rebooking fee will apply.

  • 1-Day Game: $360 rebooking fee
  • 2-Day Weekend: $660 rebooking fee
  • 3-Day Weekend: $960 rebooking fee


👥 Minimum Group Size: A minimum of 4 players is required to ensure a balanced and enjoyable experience. Pricing remains the same for smaller groups.
